The Territory Glitch is a glitch in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas that has to do with its Gang Warfare gameplay feature. When this glitch occurs, all locations in the entire state of San Andreas become a gang territory. It is possible to replicate the glitch. Every area in San Andreas named on the map is a territory, including the state.
Possibly you have taken over all the available gang territories (which can be checked both by looking at the map and the in-game statistics), in which case you could use the extra gang-territories glitch (check the FAQs) to generate some more.
Now, just to let you all know, one works. It's the satchel charge territory glitch that unlocks more gang territories in Los Santos and rest of the whole San Andreas map and it does actually work on the PS4 version of the game.
